Many fans of the Broadway musical Hamilton in the UAE faced issues while trying to purchase pre-sale tickets online.

The pre-sale tickets for the musical went live on May 19th at 11 a.m. for those who pre-registered through the Etihad Arena website, however not many people have been successful in securing their tickets.

Some fans have been receiving error messages, while others have been waiting in queue, but have not been able to checkout successfully.

One Instagram user complained on the Etihad Arena page, saying "Seems like I'm not the only one been 3 times on the queue all for over 30-40 mins only to not be able to purchase any tickets."

Some fans have also complained about the Eithad Arena website crashing at different stages of the ticket booking process. A fan commented on Etihad Arena's post, stating "Your website never goes beyond seat selection. It crashes or gets stuck before the payment page."

Etihad Arena responded to fans' complaints on their Instagram page. They said "We apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible and we will send you a direct message shortly!"

According to the Arena's Instagram, the pre-sale of tickets for Hamilton is supposed to conclude on May 22nd.
