Saudi Arabia announced new rules for those wishing to take place in Hajj 2021.

According to a tweet shared by Haramain, “The health status of those wishing to register for Haj 1442 must be from the following categories: a vaccinated person, a vaccinated person who has completed one dose and spent 14 days, or a vaccinated person recovering from infection.”
Eligible vaccinated Citizens and Residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who wish to register for #Hajj 1442 can do so via the electronic portal, open from 1:00 PM on Sunday, 13th June, until 10:00 PM Wednesday, 23rd June 2021.

The kingdom will ensure the health and safety of pilgrims and allow them them to perform their rituals “easily and in a safe environment”, the Haj and Umrah ministry had said earlier.
Booking and purchasing of packages will open at 1:00 PM on Friday, 25th June 2021. Clear prices will also be made available.

In a statement, Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State in the UAE, said the UAE supports all measures taken by the Kingdom to curb the spread of coronavirus, and ensure the health and safety of the pilgrims and the community.
