Gov Games 2023 Winners in Four Categories Crowned

Winners across four categories of the fourth edition of the Gov Games were crowned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Sunday, March 5th, at the Dubai Design District (d3).

The four categories are the Battle of the Government for men, the Battle of the Government for women, the Battle of the Community, and the Battle of the Cities.
Dubai Civil Defence came first in the Battle of Government men, F3 came won the Battle of Government women category, the team representing the Battle of Community is team Parkour, and team Copenhagen won the Battle of Cities title.
The Gov Games champions in each category secured a top prize of AED 500,000, while the second-place winners received AED 250,000, and the third place winners received AED 150,000.
Gov Games 2023 was organized under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
"Through such sporting events, we seek to strengthen the relationship between Dubai Government entities and various regional and international governments," Sheikh Hamdan said.
A total of 164 local and international teams participated in Gov Games 2023, which kicked off on Thursday, March 2nd.
The event is all about teamwork and overcoming a series of physical and mental challenges together.
The four-day event attracted over 11,000 spectators.
