Global Village: Season 29 Kicks Off Tomorrow at 6pm Not 4pm
Dubai’s favorite multicultural attraction opens its doors on October 16 with a new start time.
Dubai's Global Village is back after the summer break, welcoming visitors from October 16 through May 11. This season promises an upgraded experience with new attractions, mouth-watering food, and a fresh start time of 6pm on opening day.
Regular hours will resume on October 17, with the park open from 4pm to 2am daily.
The perfect spot for affordable entertainment, Global Village is home to over 30 pavilions representing 90 cultures, thrilling rides, live performances, and an extensive food scene. From cultural shows to theme park attractions, there’s something for everyone.
Ticket Information and Discounts
Ticket prices remain unchanged, offering great value. Weekday tickets (Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays) cost Dhs25, while any-day tickets are priced at Dhs30. Children under three, seniors, and people of determination enter for free. Buy tickets through the Global Village app for extra savings: Dhs22.50 for weekday passes and Dhs27 for any-day tickets.
Attractions: New Highlights for Season 29
This year, the park features 30 pavilions, up from last season's 27, with new additions showcasing even more cultures. There’s also a brand-new Restaurant Plaza, featuring 11 two-story eateries serving diverse cuisines from around the globe.
In addition to the pavilions, visitors can explore Carnaval, boasting over 170 rides and games, and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not!, which offers oddities and interactive experiences starting at Dhs40. For thrill-seekers, the House of Fear haunted attraction is a must-visit at Dhs65.
Food, Shows, and Fireworks
Global Village’s food options are unparalleled, featuring more than 200 eateries, including restaurants, cafes, and street food vendors. New culinary delights await at Restaurant Plaza, and food lovers can savor everything from snacks to full meals.
Fireworks light up the sky every Friday and Saturday at 9pm, adding to the festive atmosphere. The displays are visible from various spots throughout the park, ensuring you won’t miss the dazzling show.
Special Days and Events
Tuesdays are exclusively for women and families, making it the ideal time for a relaxed family outing. The park also hosts themed days, live music, and cultural performances throughout the season, bringing a little something extra to each visit.
