Wynn Resorts has announced details of the highly anticipated resort under development in Ras Al Khaimah, in partnership with local companies Marjan LLC and RAK Hospitality Holding.

The multi-billion dollar, game-changing property developers have revealed the first look of UAE's first casino along with its name. The much-awaited resort that will be opening in Ras Al Khaimah will be named Wynn Al Marjan Island, as announced by Wynn Resorts.

The four-island group known as Al Marjan Island served as inspiration for the design of the world's largest hotel chain's very first beachside resort. About 1,500 rooms, suites, and villas, as well as a variety of entertainment, eating, and wellness choices, will be available at the resort.

The project, which is expected to speed up the Emirate's expansion as a popular travel destination worldwide and provide a significant amount of economic value, is predicted to cost over $3.9 billion.

“We have spent the past year meticulously programming and conception Wynn Al Marjan Island, carefully considering its unique location. I am incredibly proud of our design and development team’s ability to impart our legacy of rich, thoughtful design into a sun-soaked beachside resort that will delight customers, new and old. We look forward to opening Wynn Al Marjan Island in early 2027,” said the CEO of Wynn Resorts, Craig Billings.

By 2030, the resort might greatly outperform its target of 3 million visitors by attracting 5.5 million there, according to Colliers International, the investment management specialist.
