Verification and Compliance
Starting today, July 1, MoHRE will begin checking if companies have met their required Emiratisation targets. Businesses that fail to comply will face financial penalties. The ministry emphasized that it will closely monitor and enforce these targets to ensure compliance.
Recognition for Achievers
MoHRE praised companies that have successfully met their Emiratization goals. It stressed the importance of registering Emirati employees in a pension fund and the Wage Protection System (WPS). These measures are crucial for maintaining the growth achieved by June 30.
Support for Non-Compliant Companies
For companies that have not yet met their targets, MoHRE urged them to use the Nafis program’s digital platform. This platform offers access to a wide pool of qualified Emirati job seekers across various specializations, helping companies to quickly fill skilled positions.
