The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre) reported on Wednesday that 441 private companies had broken Emiratization laws during the second half of 2022.
According to a statement by Mohre, 5 establishments were discovered to have breached targets, while 436 firms received fines for fake Emiratization.
Establishments that violated the law were subject to fines and administrative penalties. Financial Nafis benefits had also been terminated for UAE nationals who had been hired using false Emiratization methods.
The ministry said, "We urge UAE nationals not to accept false Emiratisation jobs, as the financial support allocated by Nafis aims to empower UAE nationals in real jobs, enabling them to actively participate in the UAE’s development process across various sectors."
“We call on Emiratis working in the private sector, as well as the general public, to report any violations related to Emiratisation decisions using our channels, either by contacting the call center at 600590000 or through the Ministry’s smart application," The Ministry further added.
