Dubai Tourism has launched an exciting new campaign titled “Dubai, Who’s Ready,” featuring South Korean actors Park Shin-hye and Park Hyung-sik. The campaign, now live on Dubai Tourism’s social media channels, follows the stars as they explore the city’s most stunning sights and experiences.
Stars Discover Dubai’s Attractions
In the campaign, Park Shin-hye and Park Hyung-sik, known for their roles in the popular drama ‘Doctor Slump,’ play a couple who meet by chance at the Palazzo Versace Dubai. Their spontaneous adventure takes them through some of Dubai’s most famous and unique locations. From the futuristic Museum of the Future and the historic Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood to the luxurious Atlantis The Royal and the mesmerizing Dubai Fountain show, the video showcases Dubai’s diverse appeal.
Exploring Beyond the City
The campaign also highlights Dubai’s natural beauty, featuring the breathtaking desert dunes. These scenes offer a glimpse into Dubai’s rich history and wildlife, showing that the city’s allure extends beyond its urban landscape.
Dubai Tourism’s Vision
Shahab Shayan, Regional Director Asia Pacific at the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, emphasized the campaign’s goal: “Through ‘Dubai, Who’s Ready,’ we’re using the global popularity of K-dramas to present Dubai as a vibrant destination full of personal stories and stunning backdrops. We hope viewers worldwide are as captivated by Dubai as our stars were.”
Actors’ Impressions
Park Shin-hye expressed her enthusiasm, saying, “From the desert to Palm Jumeirah, and from the Dubai Fountain to the Burj Khalifa, there’s so much to see. My time in Dubai was unforgettable, and I’m excited to return.”
Park Hyung-sik shared his thoughts as well: “Dubai felt like a dream. The skyline, clear skies, and sunsets were unforgettable. I’m grateful for the chance to experience Dubai’s many charms.”
