This part of the event will showcase contemporary art from art galleries around the world. 

Some of the galleries exhibiting at the event will include Jhaveri Contemporary, Iragui, and Karpuchina Gallery.

Bawwaba

Everything to Know About Art Dubai 2025

Bawwaba means 'gateway' and it has been curated by writer and Kunsthaus Zürich Curator Mirjam Varadinis. This segment of the event will feature 10 presentations of artworks created within the past year.

This year's edition will show how artists reflect on their displacement in the current climate and create new models of living together.

Art Dubai Modern 

Magalí Arriola and Nada Shabout have curated this part of the event. Arriola is an art critic and Director at Museo Tamayo in Mexico. Shabout Art History Professor at the Contemporary Arab and Muslim Cultural Studies Initiative at the University of North Texas.

This segment will feature presentations by the Middle East's modern artists who have been influential throughout the 20th century, influencing the region's current cultural landscape.

Art Dubai Digital 

Gonzalo Herrero Delicado has curated this segment of the event who is an independent curator and a lecturer at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art in London.

This segment is titled ‘After the Technological Sublime’ referring to the awe and wonder people feel when coming across monumental technological innovations.
