Hunter Schafer, the star of "Euphoria," was arrested on Monday in New York City at a protest in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza.

According to images and videos posted on social media, the 25-year-old actor and model were one of several protestors detained by the police after staging a demonstration in the lobby of the NBCUniversal headquarters, where President Joe Biden was filming his "Late Night With Seth Meyers" appearance.
Schafer, who portrays Jules in the popular HBO series, is seen being led out of the building by police while sporting a black T-shirt that says "CEASE-FIRE NOW."
The arrest of 30 protestors for trespassing and disorderly behavior at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown Manhattan on Monday was confirmed by a representative for the New York City Police Department, but Schafer's arrest was not confirmed.
Hunter Schafer, from "Euphoria," was among 50 individuals, including activists from Jewish Voice for Peace NYC, arrested at a pro-Palestine protest in the building housing NBC News. The organization praised Schafer's dedication to Palestinian freedom and a just future. The arrest occurred during Monday's demonstration at the headquarters of NBC News, a division of NBCUniversal.
