Dubai-based airline Emirates announced a massive job drive to recruit cabin crew and other staff from the GCC, Beirut, Türkiye, Africa, Pakistan, and many other countries.
The recruitment drive will be hosted for engineers, cabin crew, customer service staff, and IT professionals.
The recruitment drive will be held for the Emirates Airline and the airport services provider dnata.
The airline hired 17,160 people in the financial year 2022-23, which made its workforce more than 102, 000 by the end of March 2023.
Emirates will receive the new fleet of Airbus A350s and Boeing 777-Xs at the start of 2024, which will require a new workforce for operations.
The airline will host open days and invite-only events across six continents. The recruitment process will be completed within a day and the candidates will be contacted within 48 hours of the assessment.
Interested candidates can attend the open days and they do not have to apply before they attend.
Candidates are advised to arrive at the open day at the start time to register.
In July and August 2023, the airline will host open days across the following cities:

For Dubai candidates, recruitment events are held weekly. The airline will collaborate with its appointed agency Global Vision for candidates from Russia to conduct interviews.
Candidates from Astana, Kazakhstan are advised to apply online.
Emirates is home to a cabin crew community that represents more than 140 nationalities, who speak around 130 languages.
