Emirates Palace Hotel, one of Abu Dhabi's most iconic buildings, has officially rebranded as Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi.

The move will signal a new golden era of hospitality as part of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group portfolio.

"Guided by the legacy and expertise of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, the resort is set to become an icon of global luxury in line with our leadership's quest to extend world-class hospitality to anyone visiting or living in the UAE," Mohammed Al Junaibi, Chairman of Emirates Palace Company, said.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the hotel to commemorate the occasion, during which the hotel's signature fan was unveiled.

The hotel's signature fan was designed by multidisciplinary artist Ahmad Saeed Al Areef Al Dhaheri and inspired by the UAE's treasured tradition of pearl diving.

Located on a pristine private beach, the palace boasts renovated rooms, including vegan rooms with sustainable bedding and plant-based in-room dining, innovative dining experiences, and brand-new spa and sports facilities.
