Emirates has announced cabin crew job openings for UAE residents from all nationalities who work and live in the country.
Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- More than a year’s experience in the hospitality or customer service sectors.
- The minimum educational qualification is high school graduate (Grade 12).
- Positive attitude and the natural ability to provide excellent service to people from many cultures.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (the ability to speak another language is an advantage)
- At least 160cm tall and can reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment in aircraft.
- No visible tattoos while you’re in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics)
- Individuals should be based in Dubai and will need to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements

The salary for the job of the Emirates cabin crew will include three components: a fixed basic salary, hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
The basic salary for an Emirates cabin crew is AED 4,430 per month and the flying pay is AED 63.75 per hour.
