For families traveling to Dubai, there is exciting news that will surely delight children. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has launched new passport control counters exclusively for kids at Dubai International Airport (DXB).

Children aged 4-12 years will have their own designated lanes and counters at Terminal 3, which feature an amusing space-themed design. Children can also stamp their own passports at the designated area.

This initiative aims to provide a more comfortable and hassle-free experience for families traveling with young children, eliminating the need to wait in long queues at the airport.

The GDRFA has recently unveiled two new mascots named Salem and Salama. These mascots, dressed in the GDRFA employee uniform, have been introduced to welcome young travelers on special occasions, providing them with a warm and joyful arrival experience in Dubai.
