Dubai's Crown Prince Interacts with Autistic Children at Iftar Banquet

Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended an Iftar banquet at the Emirates Tower Hotel on Wednesday where he interacted with a group of autistic children and adolescents.

Sheikh Hamdan spent the whole evening conversing with these children and adolescents and some of the children even got the chance to capture selfies with the Crown Prince who obliged them.
His Highness also interacted with the family members of these children. He emphasized the significance of empowering people of determination and advancing their integration into society in his conversations with the children's families.
In a tweet he shared on Twitter, Sheikh Hamdan said "The welfare of people of determination is vital to our society’s overall happiness, and they deserve the best possible care and services."

The banquet was also attended by the Minister of State and Director General of the Community Development Authority Hessa Buhamid, senior officials, and the directors of centres for the people of determination. During the banquet, the Crown Prince was briefed about the services provided for people of determination by the directors of the centres.
