Dubai's Crown Prince Appoints New CEOs for Public Entities

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, has issued a series of decisions regarding the appointment of new CEOs for various Dubai Government entities.

Executive Council Decision No. (54) of 2024 appoints Issam Abdulrahim Kazim as the CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing. Decision No. (55) of 2024 names Mohammed Abdullah Shael AlSaadi as CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade. Additionally, Decision No. (56) of 2024 designates Essa Harab Khalifa bin Hadher as CEO of the Economic Strategy Sector at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
Further appointments include Sahia Sajjad Ahmed, who has been named CEO of Regulatory Policy and Governance at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under Decision No. (57) of 2024, and Saad Mohammed Al Awadhi as CEO of Corporate Support Services at the same department, according to Decision No. (58) of 2024. Finally, Decision No. (59) of 2024 appoints Khaled Hassan Mohammed Mubasheri as CEO of the Legislation and Disputes Sector at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
