Here’s your ultimate guide to getting ready for Dubai’s largest fitness event!

Which Routes Are Available?

Participants can choose between two scenic routes:

  • 5km Route: Perfect for beginners and families, this route kicks off at Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard near Dubai Mall and wraps up at Sheikh Zayed Road, close to the Museum of the Future.

  • 10km Route: For the seasoned runners, this challenging route starts near the Museum of the Future on Sheikh Zayed Road and finishes at the DIFC Gate Building, near Emirates Towers.

Both routes offer an incredible opportunity to run along the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, free of traffic, passing by Dubai’s most celebrated landmarks.

How to Register

While the event is free, registration is mandatory. Head over to dubairun.com to sign up. After registering, follow @dubaifitnesschallenge on Instagram and keep an eye on the 'Need to Know' page for all the latest updates.

When registering, you’ll select your arrival time, starting as early as 4 AM. Early arrival is recommended for a prime starting spot, and remember, latecomers might miss out on completing the full route.

Note: Children under 13 must be registered by a guardian (21+), while those aged 13 to 21 can register independently with parental permission.

Family-Friendly and Inclusive

Dubai Run 2024 is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun family day, this event welcomes all. Over 200,000 runners are expected, making it the largest turnout yet!

Collecting Your T-Shirt and Bib

Once registered, you can pick up your T-shirt and bib at Dubai Municipality Z'abeel Park 30x30 Fitness Village from November 11 to November 23.

If you need to change your route, simply cancel your existing registration and re-register for your new choice. Already picked up your bib? No worries, you can collect a new one at the same location.

Parking and Metro Access on Run Day

Taking the metro is the easiest way to reach the event. The Dubai Metro will open early to accommodate runners.

  • 5km Route: Park at Dubai Mall and take the metro to the World Trade Centre station.
  • 10km Route: Park at the Dubai World Trade Centre and use the Emirates Towers station.

Detailed parking maps will be sent to all registered participants closer to the event.
