Dubai Ruler Feels "Optimistic" About A New Middle East

His Highness, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, congratulated the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for his recent interview with Fox News, in which he spoke about improving relations with Israel.
In the interview, Prince Mohammed said that Saudi Arabia is getting closer to normalizing relations with Israel every day and that the treatment of Palestinians remains a "very important" issue to be resolved.
The Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, praised the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's interview with Fox News, saying that it "reflected the strength of achievement" in Saudi Arabia.
Sheikh Mohammed also said that he is "optimistic about the success of the Kingdom" and its "ambitious and conscious leadership".
The UAE royal, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ended his tweet on an inspiring note, saying that he is "optimistic about a new Middle East with the cooperation of countries [involved] to return to a global cultural and economic centre".
Saudi Arabia is currently in talks with the United States about normalizing relations with Israel in exchange for a US defense pact and help developing its own civilian nuclear program. This would be a major development, as Saudi Arabia is one of the most influential countries in the Arab world.
