Dubai Police, aided by the 'Police Eye' service, successfully thwarted drug activities and apprehended criminals based on international tips.
Major General Eid Mohammed Thani Hareb praised valuable information from abroad, leading to multiple arrests. The 'Police Eye' service received 108,100 reports in five years, covering various issues like traffic, child protection, and human trafficking.
Dubai residents actively contribute, with 61,287 criminal and 46,813 traffic reports, showcasing a strengthened community-police partnership. Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazroui emphasized the app's role in addressing traffic violations and promoting road safety. Reports indicate rising security awareness, fostering trust between the community and Dubai Police.
The user-friendly Dubai Police Eye application ensures confidentiality, with no need for personal data entry. The increasing statistics underscore the growing awareness and reliance on Dubai Police for public safety.
