Dubai real estate rental prices climbed over 25 percent in the first four months of the year, according to the leading commercial real estate agency CBRE.

Meanwhile, average apartment sale prices rose by 14.5 percent to start the year, while average villa prices went up by 14.9 percent.

This comes amid of record number of property transactions in Dubai, which stood at 7,615 in April 2023.

A total of 36,946 transactions have been registered in the first four months of 2023, the highest total ever recorded over this period.

CBRE added that the strong growth in Dubai residential transactions continues despite a contraction in the secondary market, which has dropped by 2.4 percent.
