Dubai Police recently recognized the remarkable honesty of Swadesh Kumar, an Indian expatriate, who discovered AED 100,000 in Al Barsha and returned it to authorities.

The celebration took place at the Al Barsha Police Station, with Brigadier Majid Al Suwaidi, Director of the station, leading the commendation alongside other senior officers, including Colonel Mostafa Mohamed Abdullah and Lt. Col. Yasser Al Hashemi.

Brig. Al Suwaidi presented Kumar with a certificate of appreciation, praising him for embodying the values of integrity and responsibility that Dubai Police promotes. The officers highlighted how such commendable acts contribute to a stronger, safer community, setting an example for others to follow.

Kumar humbly accepted the recognition, stating that returning the money was a natural duty to ensure it reached its rightful owner. His actions have made him a role model for honesty and good citizenship in Dubai, showcasing the importance of doing the right thing.
