The initiative, which is named "On The Go," is for drivers who suffered minor injuries in minor accidents or mishaps when the other driver was not identified. In order to provide citizens of the emirate with a new quicker service, the Dubai Police partnered with the auto repair shop Autopro at Enoc stations.
This repair is provided without charge to some residents, including senior citizens, people of determination, and pregnant women. For a charge of Dh150, other drivers can take advantage of the new service.
How does the new service work?
- Get the minor accident report at the Enoc station, then proceed to the Autopro shop.
- The damaged car will be taken to an authorized repair shop.
- The vehicle will be sent to the driver's residence after repairs are completed.
Although authorities have long made it possible to acquire minor accident reports at Enoc stations, this new initiative enables drivers to get their cars fixed rapidly after completing the paperwork.
