Dubai Future Experts Programme has now opened applications for the third batch until July 15. The programme aims to develop a pool of Emirati futurists across government entities.

The session will start at the beginning of September and will include two modules, each running for six months.

The 18-month programme is open to middle and top-level government employees across key sectors.

"Dubai’s vision is to be the leading city of the future, and this requires radical changes and bold decisions. This reflects the goal of this strategic programme," said His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

Participants will be selected from the Dubai government employees specialising in strategic design and forward-thinking.

The programme's first batch witnessed the graduation of 18 experts from 13 government entities in various sectors, such as economic development, trade, health, security, justice, governance, culture and tourism, transportation, aviation and other key strategic sectors in Dubai.
