Emaar Properties announced the launch of The Heights Country Club & Wellness on Tuesday. This Dh55-billion project will cover 81 million square feet and is situated just 10 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.
Features and Amenities
The Heights Country Club & Wellness will feature a mix of townhouses and semi-attached villas, a wellness center, and a country club. The development includes parks, ponds, and lush green spaces, alongside cycling and jogging tracks, expansive parks, and numerous event plazas. The community will boast 1.3 million square meters of open space.
Comprehensive Infrastructure
The project’s infrastructure will include schools, hospitals, mosques, and a large retail area with upscale shopping and dining options. "By combining lush landscapes, advanced wellness facilities, and dynamic community spaces, we are creating an environment that goes beyond the typical aspects of luxury living by providing a holistic lifestyle that benefits residents' physical and mental health," said Mohamed Alabbar, founder of Emaar Properties.
Strategic Location
Developers are increasingly focusing on Dubai South due to the planned relocation of Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Al Maktoum International Airport over the next decade. Upon completion, this airport will be the largest in the world, capable of handling 260 million passengers annually.
