Abu Dhabi Police warns against drivers accumulating more than 7,000 AED in traffic fines. As this can put their cars at risk for them to be impounded and eventually going to a public auction.
This would only happen if the traffic fines are not paid fully within 3 months of the confiscation period.
The number of fines can also be settled by select banks in interest-free installments for drivers who are unable to pay their fines instantly.
