The prices for the apartment start at AED 19.09 million, which is inspired by Bugatti's founding year 1909.
All apartments in the residential tower will have a view of the Dubai Water Canal and Burj Khalifa.
The residential tower will also have a French Riveria-inspired beach, a private pool, a spa jacuzzi, a fitness club, a chef’s table, a private valet, a private members club, and two garage-to-penthouse car lifts.
One of the floors will have a display space for the residents' private vehicles.
Bighatti said about the project "We want to take the experience that people enjoy on Palm Jumeirah and the French Riviera and plant it in the heart of the capital. We want to integrate the car experience into the project.”
The project is scheduled to be completed in three and a half years.
