The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) showcased the latest developments introduced to their WhatsApp service, including birth certificates and collaborative browsing.
A virtual assistant, which is an integral part of WhatsApp's service, uses artificial intelligence to assist customers with their inquiries efficiently and everyone will be able to use this service instantly and easily. As a result, customers will no longer have to visit any of the customer service centers of MoHAP to obtain a birth certificate.
The service will enable customer support representatives to have access to their customers' screens to guide and direct them through the steps, fill out forms on their behalf, and respond to their questions in real-time and efficiently.
Other features available include video calls, visual communication, instant messaging, and illustration tools with the possibility of sharing required files, among others that can speed up the customer-service process.
It is important to note also that the service is fully encrypted within an authenticated "WhatsApp" account, thus ensuring maximum security and reliability.
