Back to Grills Dedicates 2021 to lesser Known Delicacies from Across the Globe
January: Explore Lesser Known Afghan Cuisine
February: Serbian Cuisine
March: Peruvian Cuisine
A homegrown international grills concept in the Oud Metha area of Dubai, Back to Grills, is taking its guests on a special journey through the culinary lanes of 12 different countries across the globe to experience their succulent specialties.
Inspired by the travel stories of its founders, Back to Grills offers grill options from the Americas to Eastern Europe, North Africa, and South Asia.
In 2021, the team has taken a leap to dedicate the whole year to mouth watering delicacies from different countries, one every month; bringing the travel and culinary joy together.
This month of January is dedicated to the lesser-known Afghan Cuisine.
The restaurant will be offering Afghani Pulao, the national dish of Afghanistan with options of meat ranging from lamb shanks to lamb chops to chicken.
Slow dum cooked morsels of flavored rice mixed with Afghani spices, raisins, carrots and meat ensures that the rice is feather light and the meats are falling off the bone - juicy and succulent. A hearty meal for 2 is priced at AED 60 and is available all month long for dine-in customers.
February will be dedicated to the delicious flavours from Serbia and March to Peruvian cuisine.
