The second edition of Arab Men’s Fashion Week kicked off in Dubai, Monday, June 28, with a digital presentation from Dubai-based couture label Amato.
The event invited a host of local and international labels to showcase their most recent Spring 2022 collection.
Here are some of the highlights of the event on its second day.
LGN Louis Gabriel Nouchi – French designer Louis Gabriel Nouchi
The label offered its Spring 2022 collection “Unauthorized” of relaxed tailored separates, boxy denim jackets, matching trousers, and flowing silk robe coats. The collection culminated with a new line of recycled nylon swimwear.
Lazoschmidl - designers Josef Lazo and Andreas Schmidl
The genderless label showcased their latest collection, “Overdose,” of sloganized mesh tops and flannels that read “Buy Me” and “Out Now” alongside existing pieces from earlier collections that they brought back and reinvented in psychedelic prints, tie-dye, and knitwear.
1886 – Saudi Label by Khalid Al Jammaz
The brand made its debut collection showcase during the event's second day. Shot at Saudi NEOM, a fashion film, was premiered on its latest collection.
YasQueen – Iranian-Turkish designer Neda Sadeghi
Titled “20 20 The Year of Losses,” the brand’s latest offering was their Spring 2022 menswear collection, mainly focused on distressed black blazers.
