The 48th edition of Arab Health, the region's largest healthcare exhibition, kicked off on Monday, January 30th, at Dubai World Trade Centre, and will run until February 2nd.

Over 50,000 global health professionals and industry leaders have travelled to Dubai for the start of an annual event in which more than 3,000 exhibitors will take part.
The exhibition showcases the latest technology and innovation aimed at improving patient care, and looks into the future of healthcare possibilities in the Metaverse.
Arab Health will host a record 45 international pavilions, including for the first time New Zealand, Singapore, Tunisia, Indonesia, and Estonia, which will demonstrate hi-tech developments such as digital intensive care units.

"The UAE will again be the epicentre of the healthcare industry," said Ross Williams, exhibition director for event organisers Informa Markets.
"We saw a solid bounce back in 2022, and 2023 is at around 97 per cent of pre Covid-19 figures, underscoring the global demand, which is matched by buyers keen to witness first-hand the latest innovations and new technologies in the healthcare sector," Williams added.
