The award is open to both self-nominations and third-party nominations for creators whose content makes a positive impact in their communities.

Award Criteria for Positive Impact

To qualify, content must meet specific criteria:

- Content should add value in areas like science, culture, humanitarian issues, or social topics.

- Content must encourage unity, promote compassion, support sustainability, and uphold empathy.

- It should be original, innovative, and meet social media platforms' quality standards.

- Content should engage and interact effectively with a broad audience.

Selection Process and Public Voting

Judging for the award begins on December 1, narrowing down finalists by December 15. From December 16-31, the public will be able to vote on the projects. The judges will finalize and announce the winner during the summit’s closing on January 13.

Specialized Tracks and Summit Goals

The 2025 summit introduces three new tracks—technology, economy, and content creation—to enhance the experience for both novice and experienced creators. Aiming to reach over a billion people globally, the summit brings together top social media influencers from across platforms, focusing on how digital media can drive positive societal and economic change.
