All You Need to Know About the Hayya Service Centers
Anyone attending the World Cup tournament and festivities must have a Hayya Card or Fan ID. Additionally, it enables spectators to travel for free while the tournament is ongoing.
There are physical and digital versions of the Hayya Card. The Hayya to Qatar 2022 smartphone app allows users to download the digital version. You can obtain the physical Hayya Card by visiting one of the Hayya Service Centers or requesting it through your Hayya profile.
Hayya Service Centre
Fans of the World Cup can get face-to-face help with their questions about Hayya Cards at the Hayya Service Center. Additionally, the Hayya Service Center provides free on-site physical Hayya Card printing.
There are now two Hayya Service Centers in Qatar, which are situated at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center and the Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena (ABHAA) (DECC). Both service centers are open every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and every Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
While the DECC branch will only be operating until December 23, 2022, the Hayya Service Center at ABHAA will remain open until January 23, 2023

inquiry procedure at the Hayya Service Center
The Hayya Service Centre employees will greet and direct tourists as they arrive. They will recognize and evaluate the issue and offer the appropriate queue number.
The screen will display the visitor's queue number and the booth number that will help them as they wait. Visitors are urged to take a seat and wait for this number.
How to request a physical Hayya Card
- Have the Hayya to Qatar 2022 mobile app ready with your digital Hayya Card.
Tell the employees that you want to get your actual Hayya Card.
- Obtain your queue number, then wait for it to appear on the screen.
- Once your booth number is called, head there.
- Show off your electronic Hayya Card and wait for the approval.
- Await the printing of the Hayya Card.
To process your physical Hayya Card, you must have an approved digital Hayya Card status on the mobile application.
Printing the Hayya Card takes about two to three minutes and is free.
Your full name, nationality, Qatar ID or passport number, and Hayya profile photo are all displayed on your physical Hayya Card. To keep your Hayya card safe, it also includes a lanyard with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 logo and a transparent acrylic card holder.

The Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena is most easily accessible from the Al Sudan Metro Station (Gold Line).
Doha Exhibition and Convention Center
The closest metro station is DECC Metro Station (Red Line)
