The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has confirmed Al Asayel Street is open to traffic after it was briefly closed on Thursday due to heavy rain.

Due to today's moderate to heavy rainfall in many regions of the nation, RTA notified the closure of the intersection of Al Asayel Street and Latifa Bint Hamdan Street on Thursday morning.
The National Center of Meteorology (NCM), in the meantime, predicted that unstable weather will persist, with different emirates seeing cloudy weather and additional occasional rainfall till Saturday.
