Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has approved a budget of Dh85.4 billion for the construction of integrated residential areas that will provide up to 76,000 homes and plots of land for citizens over five years, in accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

To ensure the highest living standards for residents and to further improve stability and families' well-being throughout Abu Dhabi emirate, the projects will include integrated services, amenities, and leisure facilities, including the building and development of mosques, schools, public parks, and green spaces.
The initiative is part of efforts to provide the most living conditions for UAE inhabitants and to improve their wellness.
