Dubai is set to further cement its reputation for luxury with the upcoming Bvlgari Lighthouse, a Dhs850 million residential tower on Jumeira Bay Island.
A New Icon on the Horizon
Scheduled to open in the latter half of 2027, the 27-storey Bvlgari Lighthouse will feature breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and bring the elegance of Italian design to the seahorse-shaped island. Designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the tower is inspired by the iconic style of Bvlgari, the renowned Italian jeweler.
Exclusive Penthouses and Sky Villa
The residential tower will offer four and five-bedroom luxury penthouses, with the top three floors reserved for an eight-bedroom Sky Villa. This lavish villa will boast expansive rooftop gardens, private pools, and outdoor living spaces, ensuring the ultimate in luxury living.

A Neighbour to the Bvlgari Resort
The Bvlgari Lighthouse will sit close to the Bvlgari Resort Dubai, home to the world’s first Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club. Future residents will also have access to a range of amenities, including swimming pools, landscaped gardens, private beaches, and fine dining options.
Construction Moving Forward
Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded the Dhs850 million construction contract to Dutco Construction Co LLC, with marine works on the island already completed. Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, called this project a milestone in Dubai's luxury real estate landscape, highlighting Bvlgari’s commitment to craftsmanship and elegance.
