To support young families in Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has unveiled a new housing project worth AED 5.4 billion. The initiative will see the construction of over 3,000 housing units as part of the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme.

The housing project is designed to improve the quality of life for young people starting their families. It reflects the UAE leadership’s ongoing commitment to fostering stability and prosperity among its citizens.
“We will continue to support everything that contributes to the prosperity, stability, and comfort of our citizens,” Sheikh Mohammed stated, underscoring the collaborative efforts of Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, and Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed in driving these initiatives.
This housing package is part of Dubai’s broader vision to enhance living standards and support its citizens in building a stable future.
