In accordance with the President's directives, The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed, has given his approval to an AED 2.74 billion housing support plan for 1,800 Emiratis in Abu Dhabi.
Leaders in the UAE regularly approve housing-benefit projects to improve the standard of living for Emiratis all around the nation.

As part of the scheme, housing loans will be offered to eligible Emiratis. Under the initiative, family members of mortgage holders who have passed away and low-income retirees will have no obligation to make loan repayments.
The first housing package of 2023 to be disbursed includes Al Ain, Al Dhafra, and Abu Dhabi. The following housing types are covered by loans: construction, demolition, and rebuilding, as well as upkeep and expansion.
