AED 1,000 Fine Announced for This Offence

AED 1,000 in fines are imposed as the penalty for the violation. Police and civil defense have issued warnings that such behavior interferes with emergency responders ability to do their jobs and disrupts traffic.
Legal action against those who upload images and videos of accident scenes and accidents to social media has also been warned by the authorities.
