Residents of Abu Dhabi can now settle traffic fines through credit card installments as part of a new service introduced by the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC).

The "easy payment" service, launched by the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), allows credit card holders from First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Emirates Islamic Bank to pay ITC fines in installments.

More banks are expected to be included in the service by the first half of 2024. Customers can pay fines with a minimum collective value of AED 3,000 through several installments, choosing periods of three, six, nine, or 12 months. The service is interest-free, and customers can access it through TAMM service centers or Customer Happiness Centres, with plans to expand the convenience further.

The initiative aims to enhance payment processes, provide flexible payment options, and contribute to the satisfaction of residents while reinforcing Abu Dhabi's standing as a leading global city for living and investment.
