Abu Dhabi introduces the Sanadkom initiative, digitally uniting services from seven government entities to simplify processes for grieving families.
Launched under the Abu Dhabi Programme for Effortless Customer Experience, it initially focuses on UAE national families and will later include all emirate residents. The initiative aims to streamline customer experiences, offering government service accessibility and support for bereaved families after the loss of an Emirati family member.
Dr. Noura Khamis Al Ghaithi, DoH Undersecretary, highlighted the commitment to outstanding government services and customer experiences.
The initiative assigns a government support team representative to assist families remotely, eliminating the need for in-person visits.
Services include obtaining death certificates, burial arrangements, and pension benefit distribution. The digitally unified services involve seven entities: DoH, ADJD, ADPF, SEHA, ADPHC, ADDC, and AADC.
Dr. Al Ghaithi emphasized the collaborative effort and integrated services to efficiently guide bereaved families through essential government procedures. “Today marks a significant milestone where seven governmental entities join forces to launch the first phase of the Sanadkom initiative. This initiative aims to create an integrated service for bereaved families, enabling its users to efficiently complete all necessary government procedures.”
