Singer of the hit song 'Baby One More Time' Britney Spears will have a biopic made on her.
Media reports reveal that Universal Studios secured the rights to Spears' best-selling memoir, 'The Woman in Me'.
The 'Wicked' producer and director Marc Platt and Jon M. Chua are set to helm the project.
The Grammy-winning singer will also be part of the production.
Spears made a deal with Universal Studios for an eight-figure range probably because the deal includes rights to the American singer's music catalogue.
'The Woman in Me' chronicles Spears' rise to international stardom at the age of 16, her life in media, and her struggle to end her conservatorship.
The memoir sold 1.1 million copies in its first week of release in all formats and became number one on 'The New York Times' bestseller list.
