7 Types of Cheese You Should Eat and Other 7 You Shouldn’t?
Cheese in its different kinds may be among priorities on people’s food list, and how it is not when it is tasty and has nutritional benefits in addition to the possibility of using it in many foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and more. However, should we eat all kinds of cheese with no worries or there are kinds of cheese we should avoid because they negatively affect our diet?

Cheese We Should Eat
Munster Cheese:
According to the US National Library of Medicine, about 50% of people are either allergic to lactose or dairy products. In some local communities, this rate increases to nearly 90%. If you are one of those people who do not tolerate this, then you should eat Munster cheese because it has the lowest levels of lactose among other kinds of cheese at a total varying between 0% and 1.1%.

Quark Cheese:

Gouda Cheese:
It is one of the Dutch yellow cheeses, which helps maintaining bone health. It contains 76 microgram of vitamin K, which is a good percentage to obtain the daily proportion the body needs.
Ricotta Cheese:
Vitamin (D) is a nutritional component that is essential for the body and its health. Ricotta cheese contains nearly five times more vitamin (D) than other kinds of cheeses. Therefore, when you add it to lasagna or pancakes, it is great for your health and family health.
Cottage Cheese:
The first benefit of cottage cheese are casein proteins, which are the same proteins found in chicken, fish and meat.

Do Not Eat These Cheeses!!
Mascarpone Cheese:
Mascarpone contains 50% fats, which give it its thickness. Therefore, eating one tablespoon of mascarpone contains more than you need of cholesterol. Since most people try to reduce their cholesterol, this means it is not suitable for most people.
Luckily, you can replace mascarpone with low-fat ricotta in the dishes where you used to use mascarpone. In addition, cream cheese and Greek yogurt are also alternatives of mascarpone.
Sheep Cheese:
If you believe that sheep cheese will be more environment friendly than cow cheese, then you are wrong. This is because of the amount of milk produced by sheep and consequently the amount of cheese, as they consume so much in order to produce a little milk. Sheep are less efficient than cows and goats; this is in case you are looking for the healthy environment-friendly option. In addition to that, you can get the same benefits from other cheeses.
Cheddar Cheese:
Many cannot do without cheddar cheese, but let us at least eat it moderately. As it contains huge amount of salt, meaning the individual will take twice as much as the recommended amount when eating a large piece of cheddar, in addition to being high in calories.
Gruyere Cheese:

This means that if you eat only two slices of gruyere, you will get 200 calories, which is equivalent to nearly half a meal. Consequently, eating only 5 slices of gruyere cheese, gives you an equivalent to half of your daily need of fats.
Velveeta Cheese:
Each 28 grams of Velveeta cheese contain 80 calories, 50% of which are fats, in addition to 6 grams of fats (4 of which are saturated). It is also unbelievably high in lactose, which makes it a problem for those allergic to lactose and normal people, while milk contains between 3.7% and 4.8% of lactose, Velveeta has a huge percentage up to 9.3%.
Limburger Cheese:
The irony here is that limburger cheese is ideal for keeping mosquitoes away from you, however, its bad and penetrating smell will easily attract mosquitoes and flies. Researchers have found that the bacteria which make the limburger a limburger are the same bacteria that grow on the feet and cause a nasty smell. Quesco Fresco:
Quesco Fresco is an essential part of the Mexican cuisine, but there is a dangerous side to this cheese which is listeria. Food Safety News magazine states that Fresco, especially, has been linked with a series of food poisoning cases. Even the product of the major commercial establishments which have clean records in the health and safety domain has been contaminated. Health inspectors also say that this kind of cheese easily catches contaminants even if it is in the refrigerator. It is recommended not to allow children and pregnant women to eat it, to avoid getting listeria as it may be fatal or cause miscarriage.
