Dubai-based real-estate development company Binghatti launched its latest project Skyrise Tower on Wednesday, Oct. 30 and 50% of its apartments were sold in the first 24 hours after the launch.

The exciting launch event was hosted at Meydan Hotel with the CEO of Binghatti, Muhammad BinGhatti, unveiling the project to a huge crowd. 

The skyscraper will be located in Business Bay, which is three minutes away from Dubai's iconic landmark Burj Khalifa. 

There were long queues in and out of the company's tower in Business Bay since Thursday morning. 

Binghatti Skyrise features 48-storey three residential towers, four basement levels, a ground level, and five podium levels. The project features 15 high-end amenities. 

The prices for the apartments at Skyrise are:

  • Studio apartment: starting from AED 975,000
  • One-bedroom apartment: starting from AED 1.65 million
  • Two-bedroom apartment: starting from 2.75 million
  • Three-bedroom apartment: starting from 3.75 million

Binghatti plans to double its project portfolio to over AED 100 billion in the next eighteen months, taking Dubai's real estate market to a whole new level.
