A Journey Through History
Situated in the heart of Wadi Wishi, the Najd Al Meqsar area is steeped in history. It is home to the historic Al Rafisah Fort and was historically inhabited by the Al Hanateeb tribe, who thrived near the abundant waters of Wadi Wishi.
Historical Landmarks
Najd Al Maqsar includes significant historical landmarks such as a mosque and a ghaf tree. A notable feature is Hussat Al Meqsar, a historical rock inscribed with the phrase 'Kharab Al Rafisah 1288 Hijri,' marking the last prayer held in the mosque around the 1960s.
