Airport Staff Reunites Elderly Woman With Husband Before Their Flight

Dubai International Airport (DXB), renowned for its efficiency, witnessed a heartwarming incident recently. Mohammed Sohrabi, Duty Officer at Terminal Service Delivery, shared a touching story where an elderly woman sought help after losing her husband at the airport, just 45 minutes before their flight. Tearfully approaching Sohrabi, she had no means to communicate with her spouse.

Responding swiftly, Sohrabi mobilized his colleagues by distributing a photo of the missing husband. Through concerted efforts, he successfully located the man merely 15 minutes before the scheduled departure, averting a potential separation.

Sohrabi, with 33 years of service at Dubai Airports, emphasized the significance of hospitality, comparing it to serving guests as if they were in one's home.
