Activities to Expect in the Kingdom for Saudi National Day

The celebration of the Saudi National Day has started in 2005, when the Saudi government decided to designate the 23rd of September, the date that witnessed the unification of the Kingdom, each year, as a national holiday.

More than 35 million citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are waiting for the 91st Saudi National Day for this year, as they exchange greetings and express their loyalty and belonging to their homeland.

The Saudi National Day is one of the most important holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia because of the celebration. In addition to being considered a holiday, it also includes celebrations and activities that take place in various parts of the Kingdom through:

•  Opening all parks and recreation areas to all citizens free of charge without paying any fees.
• Presenting cinematic and theatrical performances.
• Then, citizens participate in equestrian competitions held in all governorates of Saudi Arabia to celebrate the National Day.
• The Kingdom will host the most famous Arab artists.
• KSA decorates with its walls and streets in green, which expresses the color of the Saudi national flag.
• Offering many offers and discounts in all markets and shops.
• Opening all embassies between the Kingdom and countries so that citizens abroad can celebrate the day with the participation of their country.

In celebration of the 91st Saudi National Day, a huge party will be held, with the participation of Saudi artist Huda Al-Fahad, under the auspices of the General Authority for Entertainment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, organized and supervised by Rotana Audio and Video.

The ceremony will be held on Thursday, September 23, at 10 pm Saudi time, at the Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University Theater in the Saudi capital, Riyadh.

Huge aerial parade on Saudi National Day 91

The airlines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced their readiness to share their planes to celebrate the 91st Saudi National Day. Two of the latest Saudi Arabian Airlines aircrafts are participating this year to celebrate the National Day, to express their affiliation and loyalty to the Saudi homeland for several years.

150 meter long mural

Al-Qurayyat Municipality implemented a mural on the occasion of the 91st Saudi National Day, with the participation of more than 47 male and female artists; Decorate the mural with many drawings.

The mural is about 150 meters long, and its drawings expressed the Saudi identity, the celebration of the National Day, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in addition to various heritage drawings.

The initiative came in coordination between the Qurayyat Municipality and the Saudi Society for Plastic Arts, which participate in organizing national celebrations, including the celebration of the Kingdom's National Day.
