New Additions to the A La Carte | Experience an enhanced dining journey as Pai Thai introduces new and captivating flavours to the menu. Savour the exquisite blend of sweet and sour in the Green Mango Salad, Grilled Marinated Seafood – a harmonious symphony of textures and flavours from the vast oceans, Crispy Shrimp - tucked within a delicate Wheat Pastry and Green Curry Paste, Grilled Australian Beef Ribs, marinated with authentic Thai spices and for the absolute dream, delight in the Red Thai Tea Crème Brûlée, an alluring addition to Pai Thai’s dessert menu.

The Five Taste of Thailand | Delight in a five-course tasting menu that celebrates the harmonious blend of the key flavours of Thailand - bitter, salty, spicy, sour, and sweet. Featuring vegan and non-vegan options, guests can start with the traditional Royal Leaf Wrap filled with vegetables with Thai Chilli Sauce, followed by an array of appetisers including Marinated Chicken wrapped in pandan leaves, Deep-Fried Prawns in Noodle Wrap, Pomelo Salad with Thai Dressing and Steamed Vegetable Dumplings. Mains include Braised Beef in Green Curry Sauce, Roasted Duck Breast in Hot & Sour Sauce, Deep Fried Tiger Prawn in Red Curry Coconut Sauce, Steamed Seabass in Spicy Lime Sauce and Wok Fried Thai. With the weather getting better, bask in the outdoor terrace surrounded by the stunning waterways as you savour a delightful array of light, aromatic and invigorating dishes bursting with traditional flavours. From Green Papaya Salad and Grilled Beef Salad to Mixed Thai Dim Sum and Vegetable Spring Rolls, the small plate selection is simply divine. For the main course, revel in Prawns in Green Peppercorn Sauce, Steamed Seabass Fish, Wok Fried Vegetables, and more. And for those with a sweet tooth, the Pandan Crème Brulée or Mango Ripe with Sweet Sticky Rice and Coconut Syrup will transport you to dessert heaven.
