Dubai South's Azizi Venice development is set to introduce the city's second opera house, promising a hub for performing arts enthusiasts.
The Azizi Venice Opera House, dubbed a 'floating masterpiece' by Azizi Developments, will boast a unique design akin to the renowned Dubai Opera. With 2,000 seats, it will offer a venue for various cultural events, including musicals, concerts, and ballets.
Luxurious Setting
Located amidst the scenic Azizi Venice community, the opera house will overlook a Crystal Lagoon and a dancing fountain, providing a picturesque backdrop for cultural experiences. Additionally, the venue will be available for private events like weddings and theater productions.
Pedestrian-Friendly Boulevard
Azizi Venice will feature a luxurious boulevard designed for pedestrian comfort, offering a mix of retail outlets, entertainment venues, and dining options. The boulevard's adaptable design will ensure suitability for both open-air and covered experiences throughout the year.
Estimated Completion Timeline
While no specific completion date has been announced for the ambitious 30 billion dirham project, estimates suggest it could be operational between 2025 and 2028, adding a vibrant cultural and recreational dimension to Dubai South's landscape.
